Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after confirmation of payment or order verification.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all eligible locations within the UAE.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you after the order is placed.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Any promotional free delivery offers will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.
5. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Deposit
- Online Payment (Debit/Credit Card)
- Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later – subject to Tabby’s terms)
For Bank Deposit, orders will be shipped only after payment is confirmed.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected products and locations
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order
Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may affect future COD eligibility
7. Pre-Owned Products
Pre-owned items are tested and inspected before shipping.
Delivery timelines for pre-owned products are the same as new items unless otherwise stated.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
9. Delivery Issues
If you experience any of the following issues:
- Delayed delivery
- Damaged package
- Wrong item received
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photos if applicable.
10. Failed or Returned Deliveries
Orders may be returned to us if:
- The customer is unreachable
- Incorrect address provided
- Order is refused at delivery
In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
