- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation before shipment
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable areas within the United Arab Emirates.
If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you after order placement.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times within the UAE:
- Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown clearly at checkout
- Free shipping promotions, if available, will be mentioned on the website or product page
- Additional charges may apply for remote locations or failed delivery attempts
5. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Deposit
- Online Payment (Debit/Credit Card)
- Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later – subject to Tabby’s terms and approval)
Bank Deposit orders will be shipped only after payment is confirmed.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for selected products and locations
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
- Refused or unaccepted COD orders may result in additional shipping charges or restriction of COD service
7. Pre-Owned Products
- All pre-owned products are tested and inspected before shipping
- Shipping timelines for pre-owned products are the same as new products unless otherwise stated
8. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be shared once the order is shipped, where applicable, via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
9. Delivery Issues
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:
- You receive a damaged package
- The wrong item is delivered
- The shipment is incomplete
Supporting photos or videos may be required to assist with claims.
10. Failed Deliveries
Orders may be returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.
