Return Policy
At Follow Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or exchanged.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (for eligible products)
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery:
- Pre-owned or used products
- Opened electronics or accessories
- Headsets or earphones that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
- Cables and accessories that have been opened or used
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
3. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
- Items must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos if applicable
- Our team will review and provide return instructions
Do not send items back without prior approval.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), return shipping will be covered by us
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
6. Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected:
- If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed
- If rejected, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense
7. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
