• Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later – subject to Tabby’s terms)

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received or COD is verified
• Bank Deposit orders will be processed only after payment confirmation
• We may cancel orders if items are unavailable or payment cannot be verified

Customers may request cancellation before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are outlined in our Delivery Policy.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for selected products and locations
• Customers must ensure availability to receive and pay for the order
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of COD service

7. Returns & Refunds
